WHAT IS THE PRICE OF DELIVERY?
The delivery price in mainland France is €4.95 and the delivery price in the EU is €13.10.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?
The order is executed within 7 working days following confirmation of the order by Maison IdellaG subject to the availability of the product ordered.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
All products are made in France in my workshop.
DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?
Products are shipped within the EU.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?
For the return of an order, complaints for non-compliance of the product(s) delivered with the order must be made in writing directly to Maison IdellaG and this within three days of delivery of the products. The customer must keep the packaging and the delivery note. In the event of an error on the product, the customer undertakes to return the said product or the products concerned within 7 days of their receipt on the condition that they are returned, without having been worn and in their condition and original packaging with accompanying documents. Upon receipt of the product in good and due form, Maison IdellaG will return, at its expense, the product initially ordered.

When you order, we send you some time after an email with your tracking number. Just copy the code and paste it ontrack my package.
