The order is executed within seven working days following confirmation of the order by Maison IdellaG subject to the availability of the product ordered.

For the return of an order, complaints for non-compliance of the product(s) delivered with the order must be made in writing directly to Maison IdellaG, and this, within three days of the delivery of the products. The customer must keep the packaging and the delivery note. In the event of an error in the product, the customer agrees to return the said product or the products concerned within seven days of their receipt on the condition that they are returned, unworn and in their original condition and original packaging with accompanying documents. Upon receipt of the product in good and due form, Maison IdellaG will return, at its expense, the product initially ordered.

The delivery price in mainland France is €4.95 and the delivery price in the EU is €13.10.
