For the return of an order, complaints for non-compliance of the product(s) delivered with the order must be made in writing directly to Maison IdellaG, and this, within three days of the delivery of the products. The customer must keep the packaging and the delivery note. In the event of an error on the product, the customer undertakes to return the said product or the products concerned within seven days of their receipt on the condition that they are returned, without having been worn and in their condition and original packaging with accompanying documents. Upon receipt of the product in good and due form, Maison IdellaG will return, at its expense, the product initially ordered.
